วิธีการสั่งซื้อสินค้า

ท่านสามารถสั่งซื้อสินค้าของเรา ได้โดย
1. ทาง email ที่ facedelighted@gmail.com
2. ทางโทรศัพท์ ที่เบอร์ 0 2804 3348, 09 0797 2841   หรือ 09 4141 9508

หลังจากท่านโอนเงินเสร็จแล้วกรุณาแจ้งให้ทางร้านทราบด้วยนะคะ เนื่องจากทางร้านจะได้รีบทำการจัดส่งสินค้าให้ค่ะ 


ลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งการชำระเงินได้โดย

1. ทาง email ที่ facedelighted@gmail.com โดยรบกวนให้ท่านแจ้ง ชื่อ,จำนวนเงิน,ธนาคารที่โอน, วันเวลาที่โอน และเบอร์ติดต่อค่ะ

2. ทาง sms  โดยแจ้ง ชื่อ,จำนวนเงิน,ธนาคารที่โอน, วันเวลาที่โอน และเบอร์ติดต่อค่ะ

3. ทาง Line (Line ID. : doittoday) โดยแจ้ง ชื่อ,จำนวนเงิน,ธนาคารที่โอน, วันเวลาที่โอน และเบอร์ติดต่อค่ะ

วิธีการจัดส่งสินค้า

1. จัดส่งสินค้าทางไปรษณีย์ (ลงทะเบียน หรือ EMS) ระยะเวลาในการรับของภายใน 2 - 5 วัน (ในประเทศไทย)
2. วิธีการจัดส่งอื่นๆ แล้วแต่การตกลง

การคืนสินค้า

ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าแล้ว 
1. สินค้าชำรุด/เสียหาย
2. ได้รับสินค้าไม่ตรงตามที่สั่งซื้อ  
3. สินค้าไม่ตรงตามที่ได้โฆษณาไว้   
4. ได้สินค้าไม่ครบ
ท่านสามารถแจ้งทางร้านได้ทันที ที่เบอร์  0 2804 3348, 09 0797 2841 หรือ 09 4141 9508 เพื่อดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ไปทดแทน หรือดำเนินการคืนเงินให้ท่านโดยเร็ว

หมายเหตุ: หากท่านพบปัญหาจากผลิตภัณฑ์ มีข้อสงสัย หรือข้อร้องเรียน สามารถติดต่อเราได้ที่เบอร์  0 2804 3348, 09 0797 2841 หรือ 09 4141 9508  ได้ทันทีค่ะ

However, after you have transferred money to pay for the products, please let me know too. Because we will be shipping the it to you as soon as possible. 

Customers can inform us about payment by the following methods.

1. Inform via email at facedelighted@gmail.com , Please tell us the name ,  
amount , bank transfer, date / time of transfer and your phone number.
2. Inform by SMS. Please tell us the name, amount, bank transfer, date / time 
of transfer and your phone number.

3. Inform by Line (Line ID. is "doittoday"). Please tell us the name, amount, 

bank transfer, date/time of transfer and your phone number.

Delivery methods.

1. Shipping by postal ( registered or EMS) period to get within 2-5 days ( in Thailand )
2. Other delivery methods, based on talks. 

Goods Return.

When the customers has already received goods. But.....

1. Product is damaged.
2. Received wrong item.
3. Product is not as advertised.
4. Product has been incomplete.
